In this 90-minute session, each of us will enter into our own inner world to prepare for our creation time: we’ll take a five senses walk and meditation, consider objects we’ve imbued with meaning, and journal with writing prompts. As we shift into outward creation time, we’ll listen to the Irish mystic John O’Donohue reflect on the power of color, enabling us to see color in new ways. Drawing from that inner well, each of us will design and create our own piece of bespoke jewelry or prayer/meditation beads to take home.
